Superficial charm and pathalogical lies are only a part of the intricate facade fraudsters hide behind. To help internal auditors see past the deception and manipulations, IIA Latvia invites all those interested to take part in this one-day workshop where trough lectures and role-playing exercises an expert in the field will share his experiences and provide a glimpse into the "mind of the fraudster".
The focus of this one-day training will be on deception detection, verbal and non-verbal indicators, statement analysis method and how to use it effectively in fraud investigations as well as on psychological factors of the fraud. The training also includes several practical - role-playing - exercises.
